Overview

• DAY 01

  Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and be warmly welcomed by your driver/guide. Transfer to your hotel in Negombo for a comfortable stay. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax at the hotel or explore Negombo’s scenic beaches, Dutch Canal, and vibrant fish markets. Overnight in Negombo.

• DAY 02

  After breakfast, depart for Sigiriya. On the way, you can stop at the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its stunning Buddha statues and ancient murals. Continue to Sigiriya and checkin to your hotel. Spend the evening relaxing or exploring the surroundings. Overnight in Sigiriya.

• DAY 03

  Begin your day with a visit to the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as the Lion Rock. Climb to the top to enjoy breathtaking views and ancient frescoes. In the afternoon, embark on a safari at Minneriya National Park, famous for its large gatherings of wild elephants. Return to your hotel in Sigiriya for the night.

• DAY 04

  After breakfast, take a day trip to Polonnaruwa, the ancient city that was once the capital of Sri Lanka. Explore its well-preserved ruins, including royal palaces, temples, and statues. Return to Sigiriya in the evening for overnight stay.

• DAY 05

  Drive to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. On the way an interesting stop at spice garden. On arrival, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the world. Explore Kandy Lake and enjoy a stroll through the colorful local market. Overnight in Kandy.

• DAY 06

  After breakfast, travel to Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England” for its colonial charm and scenic landscapes. En route, visit a tea plantation and factory to learn about Sri Lanka’s famous tea. In Nuwara Eliya, take a leisurely walk around Gregory Lake and enjoy the cool climate. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

• DAY 07

  Depart for Ella, passing through breathtaking mountain scenery, waterfalls, and tea estates. In Ella, visit the famous Nine Arch Bridge and take a short hike to Little Adam’s Peak for panoramic views. Overnight in Ella.

• DAY 08

  After breakfast, drive to Yala National Park. In the afternoon, enjoy a thrilling safari in Yala National Park, home to leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and a variety of wildlife. Overnight stay near Yala.

• DAY 09

  After breakfast, depart for Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka. En route, you can stop at Galle if you wish for a quick visit to the historic Galle Fort (optional). In Colombo, explore key attractions such as the Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, and the bustling Pettah Market. Overnight in Colombo.

• DAY 10

  After breakfast, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure flight, taking with you unforgettable memories of Sri Lanka.
